2011 Super Suppah a Huge Success

The Eighth Annual Super Suppah, held Saturday, April 2nd, was a huge success. Through the support of the Black Bear Board of Advisors, community members, local businesses and friends of UMaine Athletics, it raised over $41,000!  

Highlights of the evening included Nick and Dottie Vachon winning the $10,000 grand prize; Ben and Peg Smith winning a trip to Bermuda, Terry Caron winning the RH Foster Early Bird Oil Raffle, Melissa Tracy winning the Shipyard Beer Raffle and Lauri Reichel winning the wine raffle.  

All of the money will be used to support student-athlete scholarships.
