Men's Basketball Hosts Marist in Sears BracketBuster Game Saturday
ORONO, Maine -- The University of Maine men's basketball team hosts Marist in a Sears BracketBuster contest on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Memorial Gym. Tickets are still available and can be purchased by calling 581-BEAR or toll-free (800) 756-TEAM.

The University of Maine men's basketball team (11-14) hosts the Marist Red Foxes (10-16) from the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference for the first time since 1984.

Freshman Xavier Pollard came off the bench to score 10 points, grab four rebounds, swipe two steals and block a shot.
Mike Allison just missed a double-double with nine points and nine rebounds on 4-of-4 shooting from the field.
