The Black Bears are coming off a tough 76-63 loss at Albany.
Binghamton is coming off a 61-37 loss at defending America East Champion Vermont.
Jordan Reed had 10 points, four rebounds and three blocks to lead the Bearcats.
Last season, Maine took both contests, winning 76-61 in Binghamton and 67-59 in Orono.
Justin Edwards averaged 16.5 points and 7.0 rebounds while Fraser added 17.0 points and 7.5 rebounds per game in the two games
The game features the top-two players in rebounding in the conference with the Bearcats' Reed leading with 9.1 rebounds pr game and Maine's Fraser second with 8.8 boards per contest.
Maine's Xavier Pollard is five assists shy of 100 for his career while Edwards is notched his 700th career point against Albany and is four rebounds shy of 250.
Maine's Mike Allison currently has 109 blocks which put him fifth in program history, and also has 424 rebounds; should he grab 500 rebounds he would be just the second player in program history to notch 500 rebounds and 100 blocks (Jeff Cross, 1981-84).
