Trevor Coston Signs Free Agent Deal With the Chicago Bears
ORONO, Maine -- University of Maine football standout Trevor Coston has signed a free agent deal with the Chicago Bears.
Coston, a First Team All-CAA selection at punt returner, Second Team All-CAA defensive back and Fourth Team All-American, helped lead Maine to one of the best seasons in program history, going 9-4 and advancing to the NCAA Final Eight.
Coston tied for the CAA lead with six interceptions and led the conference with a 9.7 yard punt return average.
He joins fellow safety Jerron McMillian who was drafted by the Green Bay Packers earlier as Black Bear seniors who have moved on to the NFL ranks.
