ORONO, Maine -- University of Maine senior quarterback Marcus Wasilewski (Kulpmont, Pa.) has been named the Colonial Athletic Association Co-Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the association on Monday morning.
Wasilewski paced the Maine offense in its 34-20 victory over William and Mary as he started the day a perfect 11-for-11 through the air and finished off an efficient day 16-for-22 with 192 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Wasilewski surpassed the 4,000-yard passing mark for his career in the win. The Black Bear quarterback also showcased his rushing attack as he ran for 71 yards on 14 carries.
