2009–10: Had an outstanding sophomore campaign... Named Hockey East Player of the Week twice during the season (12/14 and 2/22)... Also earned Inside College National Player of the Week honors (2/22)... Named Hockey East Player of the Month for February after scoring 10 goals and adding five assists for 15 points... Saw action in all 39 games for the Black Bears... Finished second on the team in scoring with 19 goals and 28 assists for 47 points... His 19 goals finished tied with Gustav Nyquist for the team-lead... Tallied eight power play goals which was tied for second most on the team... Had five goals and two assists in Maine’s 8-4 victory over UMass Lowell (2/19), tying a school-record for goals in a game... His seven points set a school mark for points in a game... Had two goals and three assists for five points in Maine’s 10-1 win over St. Lawrence (11/28)... Had a six-game point-streak (Feb. 19 - March 6) with nine goals and four assists during that span.... IN 2008–09: Saw action in 38 games for the Black Bears his rookie season... Finished second on the team in scoring with 12 goals and 13 assists for 25 points... Named Hockey East Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Week on Nov. 10 after scoring the game-winning goal with just 1:34 remaining in the game against second-ranked Boston College... Recorded first career point with an assist in Maine’s 4-2 win over Niagara (10/31)... Tallied first career goal the following night against the Purple Eagles (11/1)... Had first multi-point game with a pair of assists against Providence (11/14)... Added an assist at Providence (11/15) to extend his scoring streak to five games... Notched a goal and added an assist to have a hand in both goals in Maine’s game at Vermont (11/29)... Recorded first two-goal game at UMass (2/21)... Also had goals against Northeastern (12/5), Union (12/12), St. Cloud (12/28), Bentley (1/16), Boston College (1/24), UMass (2/20) and UMass Lowell (3/6)... BEFORE MAINE: Played for the New Hampshire Junior Monarchs... Scored 26 goals and added 15 assists for 41 points... Named to the EJHL All-Star Team... The New Hampshire Junior Monarchs finished as 2008 National Champions... 2008 EJHL Co-Champions... Captain as a senior at the Pomfret School where he scored 60 goals and added 52 assists for 112 points in two seasons... An All-Prep School Hockey selection... Earned the Luciano Hockey Award in 2007... Also a standout in soccer, golf and baseball.
