IN 2010–11: Played in five games during his sophomore season, battling injuries all season long... Tallied his first collegiate points with a pair of assists in Maine’s 4-1 win over UMass (12/12)... Named the second star of the game for his performance. 

IN 2009–10: Saw action in six games for the Black Bears during his rookie season... Suffered a season-ending injury in January.

BEFORE MAINE: Played for coach P.K. O’Handley and the Waterloo Black Hawks... During the 2008-09 season, scored 10 goals and added 16 assists for 26 points in 43 games... Played for the US Under 18 Team during the 2007-08 season where he scored four goals and added 11 assists in 45 games... Earned a bronze medal at the 2008 IIHF World Under-18 Championships... Was selected in the seventh round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft, 208th overall by the Anaheim Ducks.
