Third Annual Blue on Blue Softball Game Set for Saturday, Sept. 15 at 1 PM

The third annual Blue on Blue softball game between the University of Maine men's ice hockey team and local law enforcement agencies is set for Saturday, Sept. 15 at 1 PM at Kessock Softball Field on the UMaine Campus. All proceeds will benefit the Special Olympics of Maine. 

Admission to the game is free, but donations will be accepted. There will be raffles for prizes in addition to a 50/50 raffle. There will also be food available at the game. 

The first game in the series was played in the spring of 2011, with the second game being played last fall. The hockey team holds a 2-0-0 lead in the all-time series. 

Come check out the game on Saturday to see if they can make it three in a row, or if the police will win their first game in the series.
