Men's Track Competes at Wildcat Invitational

DURHAM, N.H. – James Berry won the pole vault to lead the University of Maine men's track and field team at the non-scoring Wildcat Invitational on Saturday.

Berry won the pole vault with a mark of 14-03.25, which ranks among the top-10 in school history.

Liam Nee took fourth in the 800 with a time of 1:58.20 while Ryan Hardiman was sixth in the 1,500 with a time of 4:04.10.

Ethan Moore was fourth in the discus with 141-08 and was followed in seventh by Travis Hutchins with a throw of 126-03. Moore also took third in the hammer with a throw of 166-00.

The Black Bears return to action next weekend at home as the University of Maine plays host to the America East Championships on Saturday and Sunday.
