Masters Garners Second-Consecutive Weekly Honor

ORONO, Maine – University of Maine men's cross country standout Riley Masters has been named the America East Cross Country Performer of the Week for the second-consecutive week.

Masters, a senior from Bangor, Maine, took top honors against New Hampshire over the weekend. His time of 24:51 helped pace the Black Bears as they cruised to a win over the Wildcats.

Masters, the 2010 America East champion and two-time track All-American, will compete along with his teammates on Oct. 8 at the New England Championships.
