Cullenberg and Wilson Lead Maine at Open Meet
ORONO, Maine -- The University of Maine men's and women's cross country teams participated in an open meet on Saturday morning. Kelton Cullenberg (Chesterville, Maine) was the first Black Bears to cross the finish line in a time of 16:10.9. He was followed by Ryan Hardiman (Brookline, Mass.) (16:11.2), Jared Lenfest (Windsor, Maine) (16:11.5), Alex Moser (York Harbor, Maine) (16:14.0) and Levi Frye (Walpole, N.H.) (16:20.6).
The women's squad was led by Annabelle Wilson (Geelong, Australia)with a time of 18:59.8. She was followed by Carolyn Stocker (Westfield, Mass.) (19:06.9), Rachel Wilkinson (South Portland, Maine) (19:41.0), Monique Boutin (York, Maine) (19:42.0) and Naomi Holzhauer (Rockland, Maine) (20:25.1).
The team return to action when they travel to UMass on Saturday, Sept. 14.
