Corey Conner Runs 14th-Fastest Time in NCAAs
ORONO, Maine – Corey Conner (West Townsend, Mass.) smashed her own school-record and could qualify for NCAA Championships after her performance at the Columbia Final Qualifying meet on Saturday.
Conner won the 5,000 meters in a school-record time of 15:55.60, beating her old school-record by over 10 seconds.
The time puts her 14th as of March 3 in all of NCAA Division I, and in position to gain a berth to the NCAA Championships.
