Conner Tabbed Performer of the Week

Cambridge, Mass. – University of Maine senior women's cross country runner Corey Conner (West Townsend, MA) has been named this weeks Female Performer of the Week. Conner had her second victory of the season this past Friday, posting a time of 16:31.43.

Conner continues her comfortable trend of victories, this one coming 35 seconds fast than any of her competitors. This marks the second time Conner has earned back-to-back Performer of the Week honors and the sixth time she has earned the distinction overall in her career.

Maine will compete again Friday, September 21 when it hosts New Hampshire for the first and only home meet of the season. The race is slated to start at 3:00 PM.
