JUNIOR (2022-23): Appeared in 33 games while earning 31 starts … posted a 2.21 GAA, .918 save percentage and five shutouts ... saved 30 or more shots nine times … turned away a season high 52 shots in a victory in the Alfond against Providence (Jan. 28) … recorded two assists … Named Hockey East Goaltender of the Month for December ... SOPHOMORE (2021-22): Appeared in 21 games during Coach Ben Barr’s first season behind the bench… finished the season with five wins, a 3.31 GAA and a .900 save percentage … saved a season high 43 shots against UNH in the Alfond (Feb 19) ... tallied 41 saves against UConn (Nov. 6).

FRESHMAN (2020-21): Started 11 games for the Black Bears during his freshman season … finished the season with a 3.77 GAA, three wins and a .902 save percentage … Named Hockey East Defensive Player of the Week (March 8) ... Earned first career win at Vermont (Jan. 9) ... Recorded 56 saves at Boston College (Feb. 20).

BEFORE MAINE/PERSONAL: Spent one year in one of the most competitive leagues in North America (USHL) with the Chicago Steel… Son of Helene Hasselskog and Lars Ostman, he recorded a 2.34 GAA and a .913 save percentage in his final season before joining the Black Bears… When he’s not stopping pucks, Victor enjoys golf and padel tennis.
