HEADING INTO 2012: Will be in Maine’s weekend starting rotation... 2011: Saw action in 18 games his sophomore season, making 10 starts... finished with a 6-4 record and a 3.52 ERA... struck out 55 batters in 69 innings pitched... threw two scoreless and hitless innings against UCF (3/2), giving up one walk and striking out five…pitched seven great innings against Rider (3/20) giving up only two hits and one earned run while striking out six batters... pitched another solid seven innings against Fairleigh Dickinson (3/27), giving up one run while throwing for three strikeouts... got the start against Albany in the America East Championship game and went 7.1 innings... allowed just one run on three hits while striking out a season-high eight batters... saw action against both North Carolina and Florida International University in the NCAA Regional.
