FAQ:

Students are eligible to claim one (1) ticket per game.

All student section seating is general admission.

Students are able to claim one game at a time. Once you claim your ticket and receive confirmation, please click the student tickets tab to claim your next ticket to a different game.

When available, students may still claim tickets at the gates to each event by presenting a valid MaineCard ID beginning one (1) hour prior to the start of the game.

All full-time and part-time undergraduate and graduate students with a valid MaineCard ID are eligible for student tickets.

Students must claim a ticket to attend any football, men's ice hockey, women's ice hockey, men's basketball, and/or women's basketball games they wish to attend and a student ID alone (without a ticket) will not grant you entrance to any ticketed sporting events on campus.

Selling, or attempting to sell, your student ticket is strictly prohibited. UMaine Athletics reserves the right to remove a student's ability to reserve tickets if they are found selling or attempting to sell their student section ticket.

STUDENT TICKET PENALTY POLICY

Any student who claims a ticket and does not attend the game will be given a penalty strike.

After a student receives three (3) strikes (no matter the sport), that student will no longer be allowed to claim tickets for the rest of the season for any sport.

To avoid getting a strike, students who have reserved a ticket but no longer plan to attend the game have the ability to return their ticket by logging back into the student ticket portal.

The deadline to return a ticket is 24 hours prior to the start of the game associated with the ticket.
