Head Coach Jordan Stevens is proud to invite you to join Maine Black Bear Football for Summer Camps! Campers will be coached by the Maine staff and current Black Bear players! Players will have access to the only Division I facilities in the State of Maine! Coach Stevens expects all campers to improve their individual skill level during camp and practice the fundamentals and techniques of their chosen position. Campers will be placed into small age-appropriate groups and coaches will utilize station work to achieve this goal.
 
 

All camps are open to any and all entrants. Limited only by age, number, grade level and/or gender.

This camp provides students the opportunity to develop and improve their football skills. Head Coach Jordan Stevens and the Black Bear coaching staff will be on hand to instruct campers on drills, fundamentals, and technique training of individual positions. Campers will be broken down by individual offensive and defensive positions on the practice field and also have a chance to compete and showcase their skills against other campers.

All campers will receive a Black Bear Elite wristband. Please bring cleats and a water bottle.

This camp is designed for athletes who hope to be recruited. College coaches from D2 and D3 will also be in attendance.

Join us for the Maine Football Quarterback Camp, where young athletes train alongside Division 1 quarterbacks from Maine. This elite camp offers hands-on instruction focused on footwork, mechanics, decision-making, and leadership. Campers will get direct, on-the-field experience working with some of the state's top collegiate talent. Campers will get to experience the same drills that D1 quarterbacks do day in and day out at their own practices. The program emphasizes mental toughness, communication, and preparation for high-level competition. Don't miss this opportunity to elevate your game with Maine's own quarterbacks!

FAQS: 
  • All campers are required to have their own medical insurance in order to attend camp. 
  • This information is required at time of registration. No helmets needed for the high school camps. 
  • Facilities, depending on the camp selected, will be at either University of New England in Biddeford or Alfond Stadium in Orono. 
  • Meals for overnight camps only. 
  • Please eat a proper meal before day camps.

What do I need to bring for the 1-day camps?
Athletic attire, cleats, sneakers, water bottle, mouthpiece, and footballs for quarterbacks that prefer to throw a specific ball type.

Who runs the camps?
The camp is run by Maine Head Coach Jordan Stevens and the Maine football staff. Each position will be led by a current Maine football coach.

When does camp registration close?
Online registration for those that wish to pre-register for the camps ends 1 week prior to the camp dates. Those who wish to register after this date will be charged an additional fee. Walk-ups will be accepted.

Can parents watch practice?
Yes. Discounts Unfortunately, due to NCAA Rules we cannot provide scholarships. We do offer a group discount for 10 or more as well as a UMaine Faculty and Staff discount. Refund Policy For all camps, campers must send written notice of cancellation by June 1st in order to receive a full refund, less online fees. After June 1, all requests must be submitted with proper medical paperwork. $2 Non-refundable registration fee. Camp Store A camp store will be available if possible. In the past we have sold drinks, snacks, and t-shirts at the camp store.
